First Word are proud to present the debut release from Future Wildstyle. With the last few years seeing clubland getting heavier and bassier by the week, the Future Wildstyle sound is a refreshingly soulful alternative. Taking it's influence from the breakbeat scene that birthed so much of today's UK dance music, it references pioneers such as 4Hero, Smith & Mighty and Goldie whilst still having a foot firmly rooted in the warmer, more organic sounds of today.

A reclusive figure, it's evident from Future Wildstyle's production that his heritage in the UK music scene runs deep. The lead track is a remix of label-mate Frameworks track 'Vanish' taken from his 2012 EP. Originally made as a DJ-only bootleg, it gained approval from Frameworks and is now seeing an official release. It's backed by 'Take It Personal', another slice of Future Wildstyle mellowed-out breakbeat.
